Fashion months are hectic, and though I’ve shortened down my travels and missing out on NY this season, it feels like I’ve constantly been living in a suitcase since mid January. There are mixed reasons involved though, being a full time mum when I’m in the country do restrict your time for sure, but the thing is, I dread(!) unpacking almost as much as packing in the first place. As a result I’ve end up repacking and recycling a lot lately, like this warm knit I initially packed for Berlin, that has toured with me all through Europe, and I might give it a go in Paris too.
So tomorrow, I hope to see you there!

Something camel

After searching high and low for the perfect camel coat, which is to me elementary in every wardrobe, my choice landed on this classic specimen that I’ve been eyeing season after season, but somehow never ended up getting in the past. With the “invest-in-your-wardrobe-motto” in the back of my head I finally ended up justifying the deeper pocket dig. And in the knowing that this type of coat will be a very used timeless staple in the years ahead, instead of being shuffled aside and forgotten due to whatever direction trends are moving, it’s justified right there.

Trousers by Studio Nicholson, shirt-dress by Maje (also here), coat by Max Mara (similar by Max Mara here and here), shoes by Jimmy Choo, Chanel bag, RayBan’srings by Tom Wood and diamond earring by Stone Paris.

Happy New Year Everyone, I hope you’ve all been good!!!

After a few weeks half in coma and just relaxing for once(!), I’m back on London’s solid grounds with luggage of expectations, plans and resolutions for the new year ahead.
Sartorial-wise I wish we could kick off with brand new spring wardrobes, but sporting Celine sandals and slouchy trousers don’t really go along with wintery storms nor wet, chilly, British weather, where these days practical cannot be ignored.
Speaking of practical, lately I find these boots by Stuart Weitzman the perfect company on the go, and they are probably the cleverest pair of boots I’ve ever had when it comes to travelling as they wrap together easily without taking up any space.

J Brand jeans, T-shirt and scarf by Acne Studios, coat by Stella McCartney, 5050 boots by Stuart Weitzman, bag by Proenza Schouler, rings by Tom Wood, De Beers, Marte Frisnes and Maria Black.
