NYFW has kicked off and I wish I was there like last February and September. Instead I’ll be focusing on the European Fashion Weeks in the month ahead, can’t wait, love the buzz surrounding it. As for now I’ll be following all news updates and my favorite street style photographers who captures the moments the best, like this girl, love her slouchy casual silhouette, her peachy coat and pop scarf.
Fashionable magazine news is that Style.com will launch it’s first print edition at the end of October and will include content from Style.com vets Tim Blanks and Nicole Phelps. The first edition will focus on the spring/summer 2012 collections, an give an insider’s look at the Fashion Week cycle that kicks off I NY in September and ends in Paris 5th of October. There are also rumors Style.com will be adding an e-commerce to it’s name.
These are some of my favorite looks in Erdem’s Resort 2012 collection. I hardly ever wear flower prints myself, feels slightly too feminine for me but I do get inspired by some of these pieces. This collection contains many ladylike looks but it’s all done with an edgy twist and work so perfectly well with hair and make-up and choice of model, though I’d jump those flowery heels.

One of my favorite style photographers Tommy Ton (jak&jil) have caught moments at Australian Fashion Week last week for style.com. The image on top screams summer to me, both outfits very lovable and a great reminder on how perfectly well tan and turquoise work together.
