Just like in Carrie Bradshaw’s world the first of my possesions to move in testing their new home were of course a pair of shoes. In this case not a pair of Manolo’s but my new Alexander Wang beauties, and they are very happy in their new closet.
Convinced
I’ve been on the fence regarding Acne’s Resort collection-12 footwear, I’m not a massive fan of either mules, peep-toes or platforms, but, after months of staring and after trying them on, these candies might have found their way to my wishlist, works so perfectly well with with cropped pants and mini or floppy skirts with bare legs, jammy!
Sharp
Today I strolled around in these booties from Nowhere and I must say they are surprisingly comfortable and perfect fitting, so thumbs up!
And oh, as you might have noticed I’ve added a tweet button here, social networks finally caught up with me in the end, I guess it’s inevitable. Still looking for the perfect button coding so please bare with me on this one, really dislike the look of it myself.
Nowhere shoes
Ok, I never buy shoes in PVC, due to the fact they usually don’t last very long, but these look way too cool not to give it another try. Kling’s reasonable Nowhere line launched their shoe collection today and my guess is they gonna sell out pretty quick. I got the Peek Black myself and you’ll find them all here.
Oki, gotta run, just finished a million mails and a dinner out is waiting, Ciao!
Love
These sandals from Alexander Wang’s A/W 11-12 collection are to me perfection, so delicate, cool and elegant, and I love the edgy detail on the heel, I would have bought them already if only my feet could ever squeeze into them but I know by now that narrow shoes like this requires tiny feet. Perhaps time to consider some corrective foot surgery, kidding! I’ll survive but you’ll find them here.
Nice!
My favorite looks in Vogue US May, Vodionova in Celine from left at Chateau Marmont, Muse in Celine in middle, Balenciaga and Louis Vuitton on the bottom.
I simply love these B&W shoes from Celine’s pre-fall collection which will be, according to the information I’ve been given, in store from June, yammy!
McQueen
I would have loved to have these beauties from Alexander McQueen on display in my home which qualify side by side with other iconic fashion pieces and images, an art project I’ve dreamed of and most likely it’ll always be a dream. I don’t even like them as shoes but they are rather a beautiful piece of art which draws clear resemblance to the iconic Kate Moss hologram on McQueen Fall show in 2006, fashion and art united so beautifully, and can be watched again and again, gives me piece……
