It’s the season for Christmas drinks and parties and a personal favourite of mine that works for any occasion is the jumpsuit. Bless the LBD, but I find a wrap jumpsuit with a little 70’s flare a tad more chic, and eliminates skin baring in chilly receptions. You’ll find plenty of options out there right now, but my personal favourite is this creation by Diane Von Furstenberg, the all-round winner and officially added to my wish list, along with these other new picks in stores, yum!
Chanels‘s urban fall collection that was presented the other day is the youngest and most wearable I’ve seen by Lagerfeld and not very often do the models look like their young age but they did in these looks. I can’t say I loved it all but there’s something very interesting with those loose fitted jumpsuits and footwear.
Yesterday I headed over to Knightsbridge area and met up with friends for a late brunch at The Serpentine which is a great hangout on warm summer days and apparently in January too. I love Hyde Park and I’m always astonished that it’s all so clean despite it’s in the heart of London. Unfortunately for the birds I forgot to bring along the bread I’d saved them, I promise to bring it along another time little birdies.
When I was in Oslo last week I finally laid my hands on that jumpsuit I’ve posted about from Monki, it’s perfect to wear underneath a delicate maxi dress like today, dress from Topshop, hoodie H&M, jacket and boots Acne, bag Alexander Wang
