Sunday was a day I hardly had either energy or any inspiration, I stared at my wardrobe, complained of not having any clothes and was met by disbelief in the eyes of my friend. Hehe, I guess I just had one of those days where my brain had shut down and should rather have been hiding in my bed sheets, it’s human right? I surrendered and grabbed for comfortable old favorites, this time jeans from Cheap Monday, a silk shirt by Erin Wasson, jacket and bag by Acne, boots Isabel Marant and sunnies Ralph Lauren.
Yesterday eve after finishing of work from home I ran out to a french bistro around the corner, Le Garrick, the 3rd time this week, I’ve got the hots for their small dishes and the goat cheese salad must be the best I’ve ever tasted, the magic is due to the sauce.
Oki, I’m on the run out for brunch, have a lovely Friday noon you too!
Casual outfit, jeans Cheap Monday, top Acne, coat Oasis, heels Louboutin, bag Mulberry and a tired face.
What happened, after on week of shit weather, cold and rain during fashion week which spoiled everything called spring outfits (unless you didn’t mind getting ill) today was the warmest and best day so far this year, I’m sure someone’s playing a trick on us.
Blazer Acne, jeans Cheap Monday, t-shirt Jil Sander, scarf Cos, booties Zara, sunnies Prada and Mulberry
Met up with my friend Lawrence in Covent Garden today and he helped me to pick out the right equipment for my camera, not that I knew I needed it but apparently I did so thanks Lawrence for helping me spending though I rather have saved those pennies towards a Celine box bag.
I wore new knit Helmut Lang, jeans Cheap Monday, jacket Zara, bag American Apparel, booties Robert Clergerie, watch Tagheuer and Prada sunnies
Today is Chinese New Year and it’s been celebrated just outside my door at Trafalgar Square with chinese opera, dancers and crowds of people. Usually on Sundays we pop into China Town for dinner but today there was no point, simply too many people. Anyway it’s the year of the rabbit and I wish you all a good one.
Jeans Cheap Monday, knit Isabel Marant, leather jacket Vibe Johansson, shoes Zara, scarf Forzieri, bag Mulberry
Emmanuelle Alt couldn’t have been more french and by this I mean in a positive way, she seems so down to earth. She also says that Topshop has the best jeans and I totally agree on that but I also love the Cheap Monday jeans, perhaps someone should sent her a pair to try out.
I’ve been sorting out something today that couldn’t be delayed any longer and I know there’s a very happy soul somewhere who’s free from my luggage. I received 10 huge and heavy boxes from Sweden that I left behind when I finished school 5 years ago, so the Sweden chapter is officially over and my arms have gained 10 inches each cause of the heavy lifting. I’ll bring along some friends to the storage one day to go through what’s in there, I know there are some treasures for sure and the rest will go straight to charity.
Sorry for the tired look, I’m still not feeling 100% but I’m getting there. Jeans Cheap Monday, knit Reiss, jacket H&M, bracelet Hermes, boots Acne, bag Mulberry
Not so much updates today, sorry for that but I’ve been working quite a lot lately and simply needed to charge my batteries. Today I strolled along the Thames in the rainy wind, gosh sometimes a walk in fresh air is so good.
I’ve posted my picks of the week on Flingly and other articles if you’re interested in reading. Now, good night and may Monday be good to you!
Jeans Cheap Monday, boyfriend’s shirt and coat McQueen and Lanvin for H&M, boots Acne, bag Alexander Wang.
I see that I’ve got many new readers lately and I just want to thank you all, both old and new, for such lovely feedback on my blog, it’s so inspiring! Even if I don’t always get back to you I just want you to know that I read every single one of your comments and mails and I will try my best to answer all questions you might have and hoping not to disappoint.
Thank you again, you are the best!
Image taken on Monday when I visited a Matthew Williamson exhibition at the Somerset House, it was beautiful!
Simple look, jeans Cheap Monday, t-shirt Helmut Lang, fur and boots Acne
Today I strolled around looking for great bargains on sales, sadly at Selfridges most of the sizes were already gone, among them a beautiful leather jacket from Rick Owens. Crap, but I’ll survive cause I’ve got something else on my mind but don’t dare to say anything before I’ve got it in my hands, lets just say I’ve had some really bad experience with the delivery companies lately. I woke up today a decided to go all natural and hardly ran a brush through my hair, that’s the reason for the slightly crazy hair look.
Leather jacket Topshop, jeans Cheap Monday, wool poncho from a tiny store I have no clue the name of but I love this one, my boyfriend’s striped top from Cos, shoes Zara, bag Mulberry.
For a moment I was confused about which country I lived in, referring to last month’s cold but I remembered today, the rain is back and with that the light outside gone. I’m not complaining though, much better that freezing cold but ideally 0 degrees please.
As I felt very boring on my way out, blue jeans and white cotton jumper I grabbed my colorful bag and rolled up my jeans, a detail I like. Met up with Sarah in South Kensington for a late lunch and girly talk and Sarah acted as photographer again, thanks dear!
Jeans Cheap Monday, top Whistles, coat Oasis, shoes Zara, bag Longchamp
Met up with my friend Johanna earlier today while I constantly kept my eyes open for people that would be interesting to shoot for the streetstyle post on Flingly without any luck.
I’m heading over to my lovely hairdresser Sergio in a minute, time for trim and prosecco and will need to bring along my Mac and work from there, have a lovely noon.
Thanks sweetie for snapping me, I wore jeans Cheap Monday, t-shirt and boots Acne, shearling vintage, bag Mulberry.
Today I met up with lovely Johanna in West London and played around with my new camera, I’m so happy with my decision, I decided to go for the D90, thank you so much for your advices. I’ve got a lot to learn though but it’s fun learning and luckily I’ve got some highly skilled photographer friends who’s gonna take their time and give me a speed course.
Sloane Square was so beautiful today, snow on the ground and it was as if the air had frozen. We warmed up on scones, tea and wine at The Botanist when the light disappeared, a perfect Friday noon.
Old Duffle coat, jeans Cheap Monday, shirt Zara, belt and boots Acne, scarf Cos, bag Mulberry
