Yesterday’s party was so much fun, the host had turned the fantastic flat in Notting Hill to a club with barbeque on the roof terrace, DJ’s and champagne on the stand. Thumbs up!
I didn’t manage to take one ok photo though but here’s images from yesterday noon, strolling in my hood. I wore blouse and bag Acne, old jeans Bik Bok, bracelets Intermix and Margiela, sandals Balenciaga and sunnies Ralph Lauren.
Today I stopped by the Acne store at Dover Street, pre-fall collection finally start to roll in but I’m mostly looking forward to the main collection to hit the stores, unfortunately it won’t be for a while.
The sun is shining between clouds in London but keeping last month heavy and sudden rain freshly in mind I’m scared of leaving the house without being fully armed. Anyway, this is what I wore today, dress and bracelet Isabel Marant, old denim waistcoat Bik Bok, sandals Topshop, watch Michael Kors, sunnies Ralph Lauren and bag Celine.
Bonjour, I’m safe and sound at my little hotel room with a view straight at Notre Dame, what a long day and I’m totally knocked out.
Anyway, here’s what I wore today and my friend Stian, who visited London got the chance to play around as a street style photographer.
I wore old jeans from Bik Bok, tank Acne, jacket Isabel Marant, shoes Cos, bag Celine, watch Michael Kors and ring Pamela Love for Topshop.
Can’t keep my eyes open any longer and there’s a long day ahead, sweet dreams…..
Today I dug out another pair of old jeans, old patchwork denims from Bik Bok, not much work needed to be done except for cropping the length a little, this is why I never throw away clothes, there will always be a right time to bring them out to light again.

As for most other people this is the best day of the week and I have the feeling that this weekend’s gonna be superb!!! My Friday kicked off with a lovely lunch with Jill at Le Pain Quiotidien and stroll in Covent Garden. I’m in need though of another pair of boots, the Acne Cut in Wedges are still on top of my list but I’m also looking around for Winklepickers and I think I’ve found something interesting, when I get time I will head up to Camden Town and check them out in real life.

I’ve found myself taking a conscious step away from all this shearling madness out there but I never say never, I might end up in there anyway. I’m rather looking for the perfect couture faux fur (or a real one), or a feather bomber, something like this jacket above from Maison Martin Margiela Fall 2010 collection, pretty much fur perfection to me and I’ve used it as inspiration when I had a look around what else’s out there.
I didn’t find anything similar but I came across these goodies in range of different prices, I know they don’t remind much of the original but I actually think the cheapest one from Bik Bok has potential.
