Chloé has certainly stepped up with this seasons handbags and Miss Faye (previous post), has got an irresistible little sister, the Faye mini. Doesn’t fit your phone though, but roomy enough for cards and other small necessities, the perfect all-round-mini with just the right amount of flare for all occasions. Fits perfectly cross body but I’m gonna wear mine as a bum bag too. Sorry Celine, this is the reason we never happened bag-wise this season.
Beautiful bags from Celine this coming fall, loving the “hairy” chunky clutch in the same style like seen on the gorgeous totes in the pre-fall collection.
Pssst, there’s a chance that Celine among a few other brands will steepen their prices on bags and such this coming fall (did anyone say recession?), perhaps now it’s time to get that classic you’ve been eyeing……

Today I had a quick run through Selfridges and on my way out passing the bag department (very dangerous!) I spotted Sophie Hulme‘s latest collection of bags, and I love the creations of this London designer, very structured and clean detailing in beautiful leather, and the price range isn’t too bad. The satchel in the middle comes in black, petrol, tan and yellow and costs £225.
I’m gonna wear a small shoulder bag this spring and though my heart is beating a little extra for candidates by Givenchy and Alexander Wang, I really like these Stella bags by Acne, a perfect little bag to throw on the shoulder on days you’re not carrying your whole life around, extra plus for the metal details and more wallet friendly price tag!
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas this time around, I enjoyed it fully on my side, sadly it’s over way too soon. I’ve left the country house, fireplace and snow covered land behind me and I’m back in London on bare grounds still soaking up what’s left of this holiday.
I found so many great gifts under my Christmas tree, among books, blankets, stars and chocolate I found this bag by Celine charmingly wrapped in blue silky paper and was absolutely thrilled! Today I brought it along for a relaxed walk and I think we’re gonna become great buddies, I wore jeans from Cos, knit and scarf by Acne, boots by Isabel Marant and watch Tagheuer.
One thing I always carry with me in my bags is this bag hanger, I would never dream of placing any of my bags on a public floor and as many restaurants and cafee’s don’t provide you with a “bag seat” this one does the job for me. You’ll find various alternatives on high street for a penny but if you stuff your bags with half the amount that I do I recommend you to go for a more solid one, mine is from BCBG Max Azria.
Mama mia, today I had real difficulties to turn my back and leave this Trapeze bag by Celine behind in store. A beauty in perfect size with a shoulder strap, the “ears” on the side can be folded in so it takes the shape similar to the box bag, not to mention the great color combo, surprisingly the price was also much less than I thought being Celine and all, to sum up, just perfect…..
Is it Christmas soon?
It’s Monday noon and I’m still a bit tired after this weekend which ended quite late throughout, dinners with friends and a little clubbing. But there’s not much time for being lazy now as I’ve got some serious packing to do for my NY trip and a whole list of boxes that need to be ticked.
Anyway, here’s me on Saturday when I chilled at a typical London pub and headed for an early dinner at Massimo at late noon, the latest a highly recommended restaurant at Trafalgar Square, their oysters are just jammy!
I wore jumper by Acne, leather skirt Alexander Wang, watch Tagheuer, sandals and bag Celine,

This fall I wouldn’t mind a leopard clutch under my arm or a smaller satchel on my shoulder, though I’m not too crazy about animal prints I think it works so perfectly well with an overall polished and sleek look. Haven’t seen the right one yet and I still regret I never bought the twin clutch from Alexander Wang last year. Perhaps something else leopardy?
Yes, I ended up with the Phillip Lim bag over the Alexa in the end, as one of your readers pointed out, though the Alexa is a beautiful bag it’s already hanging on so many arms, so I decided to go for this one, which I still haven’t seen around and also more suitable for my needs.
Catsuit Acne, knit Topshop, sandals KG, bag Phillip Lim and Ray Ban’s
Wow what happened, after a cooler day yesterday I didn’t expect to be met by summer when I stepped out today, if I had any idea I would have left my tights and coat at home, what a lovely surprise, bare legs much sooner than I thought.
My hair has felt dead lately and I seriously needed to fresh up my curls so instead of cutting it, which wasn’t needed, I tried a new fantastic rebuilding Keratin treatment at Sergio‘s and I love the result, just the boost I needed.
I wore a new cotton jumper from Isabel Marant, leather skirt H&M, shoes Topshop, bag and sunnies Celine.
