Tuesday

Today I brought my mum along to Aqua Sheko, the fish-spa I’ve mentioned before, such a relaxing experience with great results, my feet are back to baby skin.

Don’t have much time to day more as we’re heading out for dinner at Goodman’s in a minute, have a great eve you too!

Today I wore my new choral angora knit form Whistles, leather pants Topshop, coat Oasis, boots Robert Clergerie and bag Celine

Aqua Sheko

I’ve been debating with myself whether I should post my images from the fish spa,Β Aqua Sheko, I tried today but I decided not to, reason? A pair of feet dipped into a pool with small fishes “eating” on them, so called exfoliating therapy doesn’t either sound or look delicate. I’ve got to admit I freaked out on my first attempt to dip them in but I overcame my fear when my totally calm friend Sarah told me not not look down and imagine I dipped them into a pool of champagne, it worked and she was right, the tickling feeling could remind of that, not that I’ve ever tried it. The treatment which was completely painless was then followed by a wonderful foot massage and the result brilliant, I highly recommend it to everyone to try, even if it sounds totally bizarre, I still think it does.

Check out this link if you want to read more about the therapy itself and see images of the saloon and the luxurious interior.
