The content that I always carry around in my bag is not very exciting, cards, cash, sunnies, gum, business cards and hand gel, actually I never carry around other make-up than lipsticks and gloss.
But my new hero that I wont leave my house without and that has saved my feet from blisters after 2 fashion weeks in heels and not-worn-in-shoes, is an anti-friction stick. On advice from my good friend Lee Oliveira I got this in a NY pharmacy for a couple of dollars, stick it on and it works as a second skin with no grease, bye bye plasters and worthless compeed’s!
