I’ve been debating with myself whether I should post my images from the fish spa, Aqua Sheko, I tried today but I decided not to, reason? A pair of feet dipped into a pool with small fishes “eating” on them, so called exfoliating therapy doesn’t either sound or look delicate. I’ve got to admit I freaked out on my first attempt to dip them in but I overcame my fear when my totally calm friend Sarah told me not not look down and imagine I dipped them into a pool of champagne, it worked and she was right, the tickling feeling could remind of that, not that I’ve ever tried it. The treatment which was completely painless was then followed by a wonderful foot massage and the result brilliant, I highly recommend it to everyone to try, even if it sounds totally bizarre, I still think it does.
Check out this link if you want to read more about the therapy itself and see images of the saloon and the luxurious interior.

Small but important detail: I have never dipped my feet in a pool of champagne either!!! I just thought that it was the best way to describe the experience!
Really fun and also relaxing, I agree with Hedvig, highly recommended!
I know there’s a spa like this one in my city in Spain and I really wanted to go. Great to hear it’s good! xxx
