You may ask what Thatcher, Manolo, Gainsbourg, Diana, Charles, Jeremy Irons, Britt Ekland, Yves Saint Laurent and David Bowie got in common, well they’ve all been captured by the legendary photographer Lord Snowdon lens, who’s fondness for the blue color and especially blue shirts, have resulted in a collaborative book launch with Acne that I attended yesterday eve.
Inspired by the blue shirts in Snowdon’s photographs Acne has created a limited collection of blue shirts that you will find at Dover street right now before the exhibition moves on to Paris, New York and Stockholm, absolutely worth checking out. I’m strongly considering getting the limited edition book(£80) myself, the perfect coffee table book for my new home.
