Wouldn’t mind slipping into Dree Hemingway’s perfectly “slouchy-fitted” jeans today, they look so soft and paired with that hawaiian printed tee a look perfect for a 20 degree London or Paris. Speaking of Paris, I’m heading over there later today for work, see you in the beautiful streets!
Todays shoes on my feet have been my new Nike’s, I really like the “retro” design and colours, and will wear them with everything. A tip, if you like me find the choices of models and colours lousy in women’s footwear sections in most sport-shops, and your feet are too small to fit into menswear, then I suggest you head over to the junior department, where they are a little cheaper as well.
Woop woop, it’s been a pretty relaxed week on my behalf dress wise, due to the great weather in London I’ve kept everything to a minimum and sworn to light breathable fabrics. Still wish I had stocked up with more summery dresses though, especially now when I’m soon about to leave for holiday, first stop Cyprus, but first 5 fun days of work. Happy Sunday!

Hi folks, sorry for my absence but among other things today I’ve gone through my wardrobe to make space for new things. I’ve added some pieces by Acne, Thakoon, and Isabel Marant to MY SHOP that I know some of you have been asking about, and also reduced prices on other stuff.

I’ve been craving lace for a while and to my own surprise I’ve fallen for these booties by Dolce & Gabbana, perhaps my brain has been over heated in the sun? What do you think, hit or miss?
London is tropical at the moment and I bet no one is happier than me, I only wish I hadn’t already given up on summer and stocked up more easy going summery dresses, and while we’re at it, more flat sandals. I’ve been eyeing this dress from Theyskens’ Theory’s pre-fall, that I would wear with flats right away in the heat, and with heels and perhaps a leather jacket at night.

Yeah, we’ve been blessed with gorgeous summery weather in London this week and a little over night I had to move from a fall mood into summer again. Luckily a few of the pieces I’ve bought lately can easily be used in 30 degrees heat as on cooler days, this new “clever skirt” by Isabel Marant with an elastic waistline and pockets is one of them. Easy to throw on when you’re on the go, perfect to roll and carry along in a bag, and will work just as well with tights when those days come. As for now I’ll wear it with easy summery tanks and tops to avoid a melting process.

Ok, for those of you who follow my blog probably know by now that I’ve always had a fashion-girl-crush on Kate Moss, needless to say I’m liking her fall 2012 campaign for Rag&Bone as well, where Kate is utterly cool (as always) in the streets of north London, photographed by Craig McDean.
I wouldn’t mind at all these prismatic printed tee’s in store right now, and yes, they come with a price tag but aren’t they like small pieces of art? Printed tee by Givenchy (£354) and ‘Glitter Girl’-tee by Balenciaga (£175).
Sorry for bad posting the last couple of days, but I’ve had family visiting and wanted to soak up my time with them. Being a “tourist guide” and having to walk countless miles requires a practical outfit and comfortable shoes, so this weekend I’ve let my higher heels rest. Ah oh, we’ve had clear skies in London 2 whole days now, with temperatures still rising, perhaps we’ve finally get our forever-longed-for-summer. Being very optimistic about the latter I wish you all a bright and happy Monday morning!

Yesterday I stopped quickly by a press office and had a closer look on a few fall and resort collections and these were among my favorites pieces, metallic jeans by J Brand, a gorgeous printed tracksuit by Christopher Kane, Acne’s shirts and jumpers, and this cute little leopard cross over bag by Coach hitting stores in August.
Ok I know, jumper and jeans again, but oh I wish it wasn’t so, I’d rather sport shorts, cute tops and summery dresses in London, wishful thinking these days. Anyway in order to “lift” what has become my uniform this summer, I jump into a pair of good looking heels, going all over practical would just make this whole Northern Europe weather scenario even more sad.
