I’m so craving for white shoes right now, and already decided for the white pointed heels by Wang, but these ones in leather from H&M would be perfect when on the run. Only seen them online though, anyone who’s spotted them in store along with the all white pair with a nude sole?
I’ve been stuck in my jeans lately, not very exciting I know, but to be honest I put most of the energy towards the moving process and both my outfits ahead and my blog might be suffering a little, hope to make it up when it’s all done guys.
Anyway I’ve been a little into plexi lately as you might have seen and I’ve come across a great Swedish brand called COOEE, that makes just that kind of bracelets I’ve been looking for, plexi+delicate+edgy, and a good thing is it doesn’t totally empty your wallet, definitely worth checking out!
Images taken yesterday while checking out my future hood, I wore jeans J Brand, silk tee by Harmione de Paula, kashmere coat Topshop Boutique, bag Celine, bracelets from Cooee, shoes Acne and Ray Ban’s.
Hope you all had an enjoyable weekend, here’s pretty much what I’ve been doing, scanned through interior magazines for inspiration and made the final choice of colors. For those of you who’ve been following me for a while might know I’ve been looking for a bigger flat for a long time, back in January we did find the one, hellloooo my new wardrobe space, the big move will happen next week, so excited!!!
Here are some of my favorite bags and details spotted during fashion weeks, some last season, some classics and some new, not very surprisingly I seem to be drawn to Celine’s and Givenchy’s, but who could blame me. Except that I’m very into white bags these days the Obsedia bag by Givenchy has been hunting me for a long time, and I’m tempted to strike…..
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend!
There’s a big chance street style photographers might struggle to capture vibrant colors during next fashion month in September, cause black, white and gray looks are coming back strongly. However I don’t mind at all, especially when it comes in sharply tailored packages or slouchy silhouettes like this, which happen to be my favorite collection by Maison Martin Margiela for quite a while now. It might look less avant-garde and perhaps more commercial, but it still has the Margiela odd details and cleanness which is right up my street. I love the oversized detailed turtle necked coats, and the perfect creamy yellow jumper already has my name on it!
It feels like spring outside and as I’ll wait a little longer to wear open toe sandals and skirts I’m wearing a lot of cropped trousers these days, and enjoying the feeling of bare feet in shoes. I don’t know about you guys but this part has always been the best time of year for me, the light and the green boost my energy, optimism and expectations of the time ahead. I’ve learned though not to be too optimistic about summer as it usually vanishes before you got your head around it, so this year I’m gonna enjoy the spring months to come and slowly the feeling is creeping up on me, celebrating with my every year spring hit, Wild Bird, missing home a little.
Images taken today, I wore trousers from Cos, top Balmain, jacket Topshop Boutique, shoes Camilla Skovgaard, bag Celine, watch Michael Kors and Ray Ban’s.
Temptations, pricy temptations, I would be super happy if I could click home these fierce boots and the perfect coat from Isabel Marant ‘s fall 2012 collection. Well, I need to keep the hands in my pockets for now, but if you fancy laying your hands on any of these goodies (more of like a pre-order with a 50% deposit) you’ll have until 2 pm CET today on Modaoperandi.
Touring the fashion week month requires loads of luggage, especially during the winter months unless you’re fine wearing the same coat every day. Being way too optimistic about the Paris weather I left warm coats and furs at home in order to travel light, which I pretty soon regretted. On this day however I survived saved by layers of jumpers and wool but next time I’ll bring my warm coats along for sure, no matter how many suitcases I need to drag along.
J Brand jeans, knit by Acne and YSL, shoes Isabel Marant and bag Chanel.
Images by Shini for Editer
The great new online magazine Editer that covers everything from food, drinks and shopping in London from the top shelves have made a small feature of me in their fashion section where I share some of my stuff and tips for 2012. Except for the great photos snapped by talented Shini (Park & Cube) I simply love the title, who could blame me, hehe…….
Haven’t had time for shopping nor keeping track on what’s in store lately but when my mum visited this weekend I managed to get a quick over look and here are a few favorites that I wouldn’t mind at all now when it feels like spring is here. The silk set on the left by Topshop Boutique is already safely stored in my wardrobe and will be a winner worn as a whole paired with high heels and a clutch, or the perfectly wide high waisted trousers worn with a cropped top and midriff.
While in Milan I tried on every single one of Prada’s sunglasses for spring summer, and I totally fell for these 2 models that comes in a selection of different colors. Sadly they were only on display at that time but I think I’m gonna jump on it quickly when they are officially out.
Wow, this weekend was just wonderful, so sunny and warm and it felt like such a relief to step out leaving heavier clothing at home and I even dared a strip of bare skin, though I’m at my palest for ages. Despite the bombardment of spring colors, neon and exotic print I’ve rediscovered khaki again which works so perfectly well with almost everything, this weekend I paired it with shades of whites and joined friends for drinks in Notting Hill in the late afternoon sun.
