Sunday was a lazy day, had a stroll in Soho and observed phenomenons like heavy rain from a blue sky, I don’t know about you but I’m tired of it now, it kills absolutely every joy of getting dressed or even step outside. This is a weather combo we should have gotten used to by now but I’m still lost in how to dress for it so I grabbed my favorite jumper, belongs to my boyfriend, a pair of shorts and shoes that resist a bit of wet, an umbrella of course, hanging on the fence behind me, accessory number 1 in London right now.
Shorts Topshop, shoes Alexander Wang, bag Acne and RayBan’s.
To all of you who entered my giveaway last week, thank you all for such wonderful feedback, so much appreciated! I picked the winner through generating a random number using a model, yes, I’m still a geek, everyone had an equal fair chance so it was not based on the content of you comment. The lucky girl’s named Aga and she’s from Poland, congrats!
As we know by now gorgeous Raquel Zimmermann front’s Alexander Wang’s fall campaign, photographed by Fabien Baron in a dark and wet warehouse. Though the images are dynamic it makes more sense (or perhaps not?) to watch the video below, dark, angry, underground and a little creepy, to the sounds of Sebastian & MIA.
Today I’ve been running around in this outfit, the heat is finally back in London and I really hope it’s gonna last this time. Now, finish some work and then jump into a new dress and get ready for a dinner party, have a good one you too.
Skirt Whyred, top Acne, sandals KG, bracelet Margiela, sunnies Ralph Lauren and bag Celine.
I’ve had a weakness for flippy skirts, skaterstyle for years and thinking of adding an additional one in navy blue, love the combo of black and blue of different structures. Tomorrow, if there’s time, I’ll pop by Acne and try this one on again, perfect length, warm, high waisted, and perfectly placed pockets, might be the one….
Morning ya’ll, after a few wonderful days and a night of traveling I’m back in London which is not that bad either but I’ve got plenty of things to catch up on.
Anyway, loving this 60’s style August cover of Vogue Paris featuring Lara Stone and lenced by Inez and Vinoodh. Refreshing from Emmanuelle Alt’s previous 3 close-up covers and proves that her work cannot be called predictable.
Looks like I literally haven’t taken off my Celine shoes since I bought them but for sure I have, in fact I’ve only been wearing shoes once down here, flip flops have been the only alternative teamed with bikini’s so not much material for outfit posting on my blog.
Images taken one eve heading for dinner, I wore denim shorts Topshop, tunic Zara, ring Pamela Love for Topshop, sandals Celine and bag Phillip Lim.
Though I’m in 40 degrees heat I can’t help looking around for hot things for fall and these are some of my pick last week that I posted on Flingly.
Isabel Marant Suede Pumps, Matthew Williamson Wool Mini Skirt, Acne Aviator Jacket, Maison Martin Margiela Cuff, Roksanda Ilincic Tank and Miu Miu Clutch.
I’ve never had giveaway‘s here on my blog before and thought it was about time, not a big thing though but for those of you who collect YSL Manifesto‘s here’s a chance to get your hands on the Manifesto kit from F/W 2009-10, an unworn YSL tote including the Manifesto itselves.
All you have to do is to comment on this post by 16.07.2011, no specific motivation needed, I will randomly pick the lucky one on 17.07.2011, international readers are welcome as well.
I’ve had several of these totes laying around and always bring them along on trips when I need alternative bags, like right now when I’m hanging by a pool in Turkey.
Have a wonderful Monday noon and good luck!
