Today I spent a few hours in Kensington Gardens between work with my 2 year old friend where flowers were in bloom so I can say spring is finally here.
Now I’m out the door again, dinner and perhaps party tonight, have a lovely Thursday eve wherever you are.
Flared jeans and t-shirt Acne, belt Marant, jacket Vibe Johansson, booties Topshop, bag and sunnies Celine
I know, there’s a lot of shoes on my blog at the moment but after seeing the Vogue spread the other day with Gisele wearing those fantastic tan Vivienne Westwood boots I couldn’t really let it off my mind, hmmm, wouldn’t they all be lovely on summer tanned legs……
As you may know there is wedding mania going on in England, due to a certain princess and her prince. As I’ve said before I’m not a royalist and couldn’t really care less and I’ve made sure my vacation will overlap the wedding date.
Today however I was a princess bride for a few hours for my hairdresser Sergio for whom I’ve done a campaign for earlier and he did a beautiful job with the hair in only 10 min, magic I say though I’m not really into typical bridal looks.
The flowers are gone and my hair hanging loose as I like it, some work to get done and then a great dinner out at Goodman, have a lovely eve you too.
Whistles got some really nice things in this spring, after I “rediscovered” this store last year I pop in from time to time and always come across some beautiful things, I now crave for the gorgeous coral angora knit in the middle, just what I’ve been looking for.
A tip for you girls living a more corporate life dresswise this is a great address, you’ll find dresses, pants, blouses and skirt which are perfect officewear without feeling dull, also for a good quality penny.

This is Emmauelle Alt‘s first cover spread in French Vogue’s April issue which definitely to me has Alt’s stamp on it, rock’n roll bohemian chic and so different from the cover itself which I really didn’t get but I assume she simply played it safe. This spread takes me into someone’s travel diary and make me long even for for a warm vacation.
In fact I’m going away 2 weeks at the end of April but still have no clue where, the current sad circumstances on this planet right now have reduced the possible sunny and safe options down to the minimal. I’ve always longed for Brazil though, any other suggestions?
Woop woop, woke up this morning and felt like wearing something colorful, at least within my comfort zone of the word, anyway, I love this weather right now and I bet today was the warmest day so far, I really like this tendency, doesn’t it make you happy and positive too?
Headed over to the Yamamoto exhibition at V&A that I never got the chance to visit last week, which was wonderful btw, if you live in London or plan to visit in the nearest future it’s really worth stopping by, open until 10th of July.
Quote by Yohji Yamamoto: ” When I started making clothes, all I wanted was for women to wear men’s clothes!”
Leather pants Cos, men’s silk shirt vintage, blazer Acne, booties Topshop, bag and sunnies Celine.
I haven’t done much shopping in Topshop for ages as I think other highstreet like Zara, H&M and Cos have had overall better collections lately but every week a few really good items hit the shelves, like these new Silver Creepers for £60, my budget pick of the day.
Chanel‘s latest short film for Coco Mademoiselle starring Keira Knightley, hmmm…. I wouldn’t mind racing around in the streets of Paris in a Chanel camel catsuit, jewellery, helmet and boots not to mention the bike itself.
I don’t know about you guys but there’s one biography coming out later this year that I’m curious to read, Carine Roitfeld‘s autobiography, Irreverent. Unfortunately it won’t be launched before October 4th but you can pre-order the book here.
Sorry for not much updates today but I took timeout from everything, well not really, cause now I’m back in front of the screen.
Anyway I got these beautiful sunglasses yesterday, a wonderful gift and exactly what I’ve been looking for as most of my sunnies are of smaller type of models. They are by Celine and named Audrey and are suppose to be very similar to the Persol’s Audrey Hepburn wore in Breakfast at Tiffany’s, therefore the name, so what’s not to love though my tiny face absolutely drowns in them.
I had a lovely day outside in the sunshine today, London is such a great place to be at this time of year. After visiting the Dover Street Market again, (a very dangerous place) we had a wonderful brunch on an balcony in a club in Mayfair with view over Berkeley Square. I spotted the car above from the balcony and for a moment i considered to speed up to take my driving license if I would ever have a chance to drive a car like this, have absolutely no idea what it is but oh so cool! Perhaps an old Porsche?
I wore shorts and belt Isabel Marant, jumper H&M, blazer and boots Acne, bag Celine and Ray Ban’s

Speaking of white Vogue covers I really like this cover spread in Vogue Germany April issue modeled by Britt Maren and photographed by Claudia Knoephel & Stefan Indlekofer, styled by Nicola Knels.
Hot, fresh model, cool styling and fantastic white creations by Louis Vuitton, Tom Ford, Hakaan and others that make me want spring and green gardens, now!
