Bucket bags are fully back this season, and I would’t personally mind me one in nude or a softer colour, perfect for summer and could work as come-long to the beach too, yum!
Perforated bucket bag by Tod’s and nude leather bag by Mansur Gavriel.
April has landed and I’m beyond pleased to say that so has spring in London, bare legged and airy-toes-season-ahoy along with some hot picks in stores I wouldn’t have mind slipped into as we speak!
I’ve been a huge fan of danish fine jewellery designer, Sophie Bille Brahe, ever since I came across her stunning pieces a few years back. For her A/W collection called Le Rêve, she has stepped up with her already popular pearl pieces, and the results are asymmetric sensual shapes inspired by the pearl itself. The best seller Elipse earpiece, is also renewed with grey pearls come fall, yum!
London based label Studio Nicholson has been on my radar for a while, and I love the brand’s minimal no-fuzz esthetique with focus on clean separates and excellent choices of fabrics. If you’re already a fan of The Row you’re gonna love Nick Wakeman’s design, and it’s gonna cost you a whole lot less.
Studio Nicholson trousers and blouse, Nicolas Kirkwood shoes.
Having your very own custom made monogrammed Prada heels, oh yes please! If you can dig a little deep in your pocket, and will be around London on the 26′th 27′th this week, then the Prada store on Sloane Street is the place to head to. You’ll be available to choose from 9 different models, varying heel heights, and a number of colours on fabrics and soles.
If you wanna go tribal this season in a more toned down way, a fringed or tasselled bag is one way to go, and it works so perfectly well with any minimal and clean look. My Friday pick lands on this orange Nouveau bag by Gucci, that also comes in a longer fringe suede version if yore more of a maximalist. Yours for £1,360 and you’ll find both versions here, yum!
Seriously crushing on Stella McCartney’s A/W-14 knitted creations, knits awesomeness I’d say, and if knitwear didn’t peak this season I’m pretty sure it’s gonna be one of next falls major trends (Céline too!). For those of you talented and creative knitters out there, here are your next DIY projects!
