After looking for round framed sunnies with the right attitude for a while I was thrilled to come across these by Acne, so very 90′s indeed, and quite small, so perfect for my tiny face. If interested you’ll find them here, yours for £250!
New boots
Ok, so I did make a choice between 2 pair of Saint Laurent boots back in January but I couldn’t really forget about the biker boots I left behind. Ooops, but now they are mine too, perhaps the most perfect everyday black boot, in LOVE! If interested yourself you’ll find them here.
1, 2, 3
3 favourites of mine right now that I especially like wearing with blue denim!
Estée Lauder’s Nail Lacquer in So Vain, except for the exceptional beautiful bottle this is the perfect nude’ish nail polish and only one coat is needed, launching in March 2013.
Hoop earrings by Topshop, not too chunky or heavy (for actually being worn!).
Leather cuff by Balenciaga, similar here.
Balanced!
New-ins are dreamy ankle boots for me and a carrycot stroller for her, yes it’s a little girl, one in for me and one in for the unborn, a fair balance right! Though the stroller was harder to get than the shoes (waiting lists, I’m not kidding), I’m a lot more excited by the boots, strollers and baby stuff still feel like foreign terrain.
Suede boots by Saint Laurent and Strawberry stroller by iCandy.
Arty cover
I dont’ know why, but for some reason I find it almost impossible to find chic iphone 5 cases these days (did you hear that all brands out there!). And since I’m neither into rabbit ears nor funny dog faces, this printed case by Weston does the job for now for a reasonable price of £33. Bag by Acne.
Online
Today my pale wintery feet jumped into my new graphic python gommino’s that I posted about before Christmas (love, love, love them!). Many of you have asked me where to find these limited edition pair amongst others, and now Tod’s has finally launched an European e-commerce on their website, where you’ll find these beauties if interested, and SS13 collections available from end of January.
Monochrome
As I’ve got monochrome B&W things and looks on my mind these days this coat by Vanessa Bruno Athe that I found on sale here was just up my street. Thinking of wearing it on not -so-cold days in the new year with an otherwise black outfit, and I might as well get started as it’s 10+ outside.
Sp@home
I’ve tipped about the Camelia oil earlier, but now after trying several other products by Elemis I’m totally hooked as they make the skin so soft and lean, and perfect when you want to spoil yourself with a luxurious home spa treat. “New-ins” are Elemis Lime and Ginger Salt Glow, Elemis Skin Nourishing Milk Bath
, and off course a refill of my favourite oil, Elemis Japanese Camellia Body Oil Blend
.
Wool, wool, wool
It’s getting cold out there and I’ve got a few new wool favourites in my wardrobe, a checked mohair wool scarf from Cos and cable knitted wool hat by Rag & Bone, time to wrap up!
On really chilly days….
…. I’m gonna wear my new feather padded snow parka by Acne, in other words, I’ve got no intentions of freezing during the winter months ahead. These “typical-Scandinavian-style” coats are selling rapidly, and if you wanna lay your hands on one yourself you’ll find them here, yours for £560.
Jimmy’s Agnes and me
Remember my image back in September of Geraldine Saglio where I asked you guys about her perfect pumps? The feedback from you was amazing and with your help we narrowed down the pair to be Jimmy Choo’s Agnes. Mine in suede debuted in the Tuileries sand last week, perhaps not the cleverest choice, but I love them so much I’m considering getting them in nude suede or snake print as well. Extra plus for the heel height of 3.5 inches which is very “walkable” (hoping my parents read this!).
Grainy gray
I’ve taken far better quality images recently than this grainy iphone shot, but hey, it has to do the job tonight as I’m way too tired to even look in the direction of my camera. Today I’ve been travelling and running around in my new pair of perfectly gray washed, loose-skinny-jeans from Mango. As I need a little more “waistline-room” these days these will do as they are low-waisted, super soft, and a bargain for £29.
