A girl right up my street, who’s certainly gifted with a lovely attitude, style and writing skills, blogger Leandra Medine aka The Man Repeller, has written her first book. I will for sure lay my hands on it and expect nothing less than hilarious content. The book ‘Seeking Love. Finding Overalls.’ can be pre-ordered on Amazon, release date 10′th of September.

Ok, since I had enough of restless napping days at home waiting for my baby(!) I yesterday decided to do a little street style snapping at Burberry’s in Kensington Gardens where some of my favourite chic girls where parading around, Lena Perminova was one of them, in this perfect mix of high and low, a Burberry Prorsum peplum tweed jacket and skirt by H&M, bag by Analeena.
Everytime I scroll through my photo library this Kenzo bag always catches my eye, I guess I’m regretting a little I didn’t get it while in NY, a little tiger stuff in the wardrobe wouldn’t hurt anyone right?
Green is one of my favourite colours, all shades included, so you can imagine my attraction to this woman’s outfit back in Paris was pretty obvious, I mean green and Proenza Schouler in one, couldn’t be any better. This gorgeous collarless tweed jacket from Proenza Schouler’s pre-fall 2012 collection has long time been sold out, but you’ll find the skirt here, though in orange/pink.
I’ve ran into Maria Kolosova, editor at Harper’s Bazaar Russia, many times lately and except for being incredible cute she always looks so well put together, with effort yes, but without trying too hard, just the way I like it! Like the other day at Chanel, where she looked absolutely stunning in this dream of a sequin jumper from Sportmax A/W-12.
I’ve had warm feelings for checked prints and tartan for a while now and dug out old favourite shirts from my wardrobe, and especially after seeing Dries Van Noten’s SS13 collection, I feel haunted. Beautiful Elin Kling rocked these checked trousers from Joseph over in NY and paired them with a simple tee, a tiny Chanel, heels, Ray Ban’s and a leather biker by Balenciaga, just loved this look!

Usually the way I see it, it’s in the details and simplicity is the key, like a pair of rolled up sleeves and hems, perfectly demonstrated by Geraldine Saglio here in NY. Btw, I’m wondering where her heels are from, perfect hight and I really like the position of the heel, anyone who knows who they’re by?
As you may know I love my eyewear, either it’s sunnies or spectacles, and when I spotted beauty Jessica Hart in the streets of NY rocking her embellished mini, black boots, the cutest bun ever and THE SUNNIES(!), I knew I’d found them, my new sunnies I mean! After wearing my good old beloved Ray Ban’s almost apart I’ve finally come across something similar, just a little bit more “blingy”, but still has the right attitude. On Sunday I took some time off and had a little shopping spree with two fab Norwegian girls, Elen and Marianne, dangerous encouraging shopping company!!! We all ended up with a new bag, Elen with her olive beauty by Givenchy and Marianne with her pink Madras bag by Miu Miu, which fitted their styles perfectly. I’ll show you my new baby another day, ciao!
